At the edge of her childhood
she talked to angels.
She walked into adulthood
with the words
Let it Be.
Let it be done to me as you say
and God will surely be
with us today.
Overshadowed by his Dove,
she then conceived
the incarnation of love.
Knit together in her womb,
was God's word and her word.
Love was formed
to walk the earth.
She annointed Him in her heart
and pondered the meaning
of being the mother of Love.
We are the children of the
new Eve.
we stand as fragrant flowers
of the field.
She is the mother of the
new creation
and the lily of the valley.
